The Advancement Services & Operations (ASO) department provides critical support to the Division of University Advancement, managing finances, gift administration, and the Advance database. The team also oversees the Philanthropic Foundation's endowment and scholarship funds, ensuring compliance and proper fund usage. Serving as the backbone of University Advancement, the department handles donor stewardship, database management, reporting, gift and biographical records, prospect research, and gift processing, all in line with IRS regulations and CASE standards.
