In season with Emeril Lagasse and Rachel Ray, Cal State San Bernardino offers to newbies and veterans alike an opportunity to experience a variety of culinary delights. “Cal State Cooks,” co-authored in 2006 by former university librarian Johnnie Ann Ralph and her colleague Michael Burgess in celebration of the university’s 40th anniversary, features an eclectic collection of 135 recipes sprinkled with tidbits of local history and is available for sale in the library, Room PL-2006.
